Return Beaconrockmedia Guidelines
We allow returns of new unopened product within 14 days from shipment
date. We charge a 20% restocking fee, and the original cost to ship
the product will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility
to return all items to Beaconrockmedia for return. For
a return authorization please contact our
customer service staff:
If an item purchased from Beaconrockmedia is found
to be defective, Beaconrockmedia will exchange the disc under the manufacturer’s
warranty for the same movie as long as the movie is still being
sold from the studio. Customer proof of purchase is always mandatory
and exchanges are only made, no refunds. In the possible event the
movie is no longer available, or has been re-released by another
studio, or is no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty,
Beaconrockmedia deems the warranty void. The customer is responsible for
all shipping charges in returning all items, we pay all shipping
charges to resend the item back to the customer after receipt of
the damaged movie.
Under no circumstances does our warranty cover the following:
- Discs that are not in “like new” condition.
- Physical damage due to shipping or handling,
neglect, or use of a defective or broken equipment.
- Any part of the product (discs, jackets, or cases) which have
been subject to above normal handling and are no longer in “like
new” condition.
- Parts of the product which have been subjected
to marking or labeling stickers, pen marks or other non-removable
tools.
- Beaconrockmedia will not be responsible for discs that cannot be played
in certain systems.
-Beaconrockmedia will not be responsible for any
movie that is returned to us that is a bootleg, copy or any other
unauthorized illegal duplication of a movie.
* A copy of your Beaconrockmedia email as the proof
of purchase(we sent this email to your Amazon email address)
* The detailed reason why you are returning the title.
Use a strong shipping package to prevent damage to the merchandise
while shipping. Do not use containers which will allow returned
products to become damaged. We offer the U.S. Postal Service Priority
Mail as a usually reliable method of shipping. Insurance may need
to be purchased separately.
